The Hong Kong Treaties Index contains details of each Multilateral and Bilateral Treaty applying to the Hong Kong SAR.

The Index duplicates the individual treaty entries, and the subject index, contained in the HK Treaty Database developed as part of the HK Treaty Project by the Centre for Comparative and Public Law of the Faculty of Law, University of Hong Kong. The Centre's site contains an explanation of the HK Treaty Project, and other materials including:

• UK and PRC Letters of notification listing multilateral treaties applicable to Hong Kong prior to 1 July 1997.
