Practice Directions

1. Any urgent application relating to a Commercial List matter shall be made to the Commercial List Judge, not to the Duty Judge.

2. Only if such an application is so urgent that it cannot wait until the Commercial List Judge is available, should such an application be made to the Duty Judge.
