PRACTICE DIRECTION  29.1

COST OF USING THE TECHNOLOGY COURT

   The trial period for the Technology Court's operation, during which no fees or charges are to be levied for its use, has been extended for a further period of 18 months from 14th July 2007 to 13th January 2009.

2.  This Practice Direction supersedes Practice Direction 29.1 of 11th January 2006.
