Practice Directions

COST OF USING THE TECHNOLOGY COURT

No fees or charges will be levied for the use of the Technology Court during the period of 18 months commencing on the 14th day of January 2006, such period being regarded as a further extension of the trial period for the Technology Court's operation.

2. This Practice Direction supersedes Practice Direction 29.1 of 7th July 2004.
