Evidence in proceedings before the Registrar

Evidence

(1) Where under the Ordinance or these Rules evidence may be admitted by the
Registrar in any proceedings before him, the evidence shall be filed by way of
a statutory declaration or affidavit.

(2) The Registrar may in any particular case take oral evidence in addition to
any evidence filed by way of a statutory declaration or affidavit.

(3) The Registrar may allow any witness to be cross-examined on his statutory
declaration, affidavit or oral evidence.
