GAS SAFETY (REGISTRATION OF GAS SUPPLY COMPANIES) REGULATIONS - REGULATION 12
Storage, transport and supply of liquefied petroleum gas by gas distributors
No gas distributor shall store, transport or supply any liquefied petroleum
gas other than such gas provided by a registered gas supply company for which
he is a gas distributor, irrespective of whether such gas is provided to such
gas distributor by-
(a) such company; or
(b) another gas distributor for such company. (Enacted 1990)
