AVIATION SECURITY REGULATION - SECT 7

Issue of permits

(1) The manager shall, in accordance with conditions approved by the Director,
issue a permit to-

   (a)  each person whom he employs in an airport restricted area;

   (b)  any public officer designated by the Director;

   (c)  any other person whose business requires his access, from time to
        time, to the airport restricted area.

(2) An airport tenant shall, in accordance with conditions approved by the
Director, issue a permit to-

   (a)  each person whom he employs in the tenant restricted area;

   (b)  any public officer designated by the Director;

   (c)  any other person whose business requires his access, from time to
        time, to the tenant restricted area.
