RABIES ORDINANCE - SECT 35

Detention of animals and things

Where an animal or thing is seized under section 7 or 8 it shall, unless it is
destroyed under those sections, be detained in such quarantine  centre,
observation centre or other place as an authorized officer may specify, for
such period as he shall direct to be necessary in all the circumstances.
