(1) The Authority shall submit to the Chief Executive, at least once in each
year, a report on the progress of broadcasting by licensees in Hong Kong,
which report shall be accompanied by any Codes of Practice then in use.
(Amended 52 of 1989 s. 6; 10 of 1992 s. 6)

(2) Every report under subsection (1), together with any accompanying Codes of
Practice, shall be tabled in the Legislative Council. (Enacted 1987. Amended
55 of 1999 s. 3)
