In this Regulation, unless the context otherwise requires-
"Federal Republic of Yugoslavia" (南斯拉夫聯盟共和國) includes Kosovo;
"terrorist activity" (恐怖主義活動) means any activity involving the unlawful 
use of force or violence against persons or property to intimidate or 
coerce a government, the civilian population, or any segment thereof, in 
furtherance of political or social objectives.
"Federal Republic of Yugoslavia" (南斯拉夫聯盟共和國) includes Kosovo;
"terrorist activity" (恐怖主義活動) means any activity involving the unlawful 
use of force or violence against persons or property to intimidate or 
coerce a government, the civilian population, or any segment thereof, in 
furtherance of political or social objectives.

Supply of certain goods for terrorist activities in the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia VerDate:04/12/1998



Any person who supplies any goods specified in the Schedule knowing or 
having reason to believe the goods will be used for any terrorist activity 
in the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia commits an offence.

Training for terrorist activities in the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia VerDate:04/12/1998



Any person who provides any training for another person knowing or having 
reason to believe that other person will take part in any terrorist 
activity in the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia commits an offence.

Penalties and proceedings VerDate:04/12/1998




(1)	Any person guilty of an offence under section 2 or 3 shall be 
liable-

        (a)	on conviction on indictment to a fine and to imprisonment for 7 
years;

        (b)	on summary conviction to a fine at level 6 and to imprisonment 
for 2 years.

(2)	No proceedings for an offence under this Regulation shall be 
instituted in the HKSAR except by or with the consent of the Secretary for 
Justice.

PROHIBITED GOODS

1.	Any arms and related materials (including weapons, ammunition, 
military vehicles, military equipment and paramilitary police equipment).
2.	Any component for any goods specified in section 1.
3.	Any goods specially designed or prepared for use, or normally 
used, in the manufacture or maintenance of any goods specified in section 
1 or 2.
