The fees specified in the Schedule shall be the prescribed application 
fees for the purposes of sections 5(2)(d), 6(2), 10(1)(e), 12(5) and 13(6) 
of the Ordinance, as may be applicable.

No fee specified in the Schedule shall be payable by any Government 
department which does not operate under a trading fund within the meaning 
of the Trading Funds Ordinance (Cap. 430).
