BEDSPACE APARTMENTS (FEES) REGULATION - SECT 2
Fee payable upon issue or renewal of certificate of exemption VerDate:30/06/1997



The fee payable to the Authority upon the issue of a certificate of 
exemption under section 8 or the renewal of a certificate of exemption 
under section 9 of the Ordinance shall be $90.

Fee payable upon issue or renewal of licence VerDate:30/06/1997



The fee payable to the Authority upon the issue of a licence under section 
12 or the renewal of a licence under section 13 of the Ordinance shall be 
in accordance with the number of permitted bedspaces as follows-

BEDSPACE APARTMENTS (FEES) REGULATION - SECT 4
Adjustment of licence fee VerDate:30/06/1997



Where a licence is issued under section 12 or renewed under section 13 of 
the Ordinance for a period of less than 12 months, the fee for issue or 
renewal shall be determined by multiplying one-twelfth of the fee under 
section 3 by the number of months for which the licence is issued or 
renewed, as the case may be.

Waiver of fee VerDate:30/06/1997



The Authority may waive, remit, reduce or refund the whole or any part of 
a fee prescribed in this Regulation.
