This notice may be cited as the Hire Car Permits (Limitation on Numbers) 
Notice.



HIRE CAR PERMITS (LIMITATION ON NUMBERS) NOTICE - PARAGRAPH 2
Limitation VerDate:15/08/1998



The total number of hire car permits which may be issued shall be-

        (a)	for private hire car service, 1500;

        (b)	for hotel hire car service, 400;  (L.N. 106 of 1982; L.N. 293 
of 1989)

        (c)	for airport hire car service, 60;

        (d)	for school hire car service, 1500;

        (e)	for tour hire car service, 400.  (L.N. 291 of 1986; L.N. 455 of 
1995; L.N. 276 of 1998)
