Place of manufacture VerDate:17/06/2005




The place in which piece-knitted garments are to be regarded, for the 
purposes of the Ordinance, as having been manufactured or produced is the 
place in which-  (9 of 2005 s. 7)

        (a)	the knit-to-shape panels from which such garments are made were 
knitted; or

        (b)	the knit-to-shape panels from which such garments are made were 
assembled into piece-knitted garments.
