In this order-
"approved scheme" (獲准計劃) means the scheme specified in the Schedule;
"power company" (電力公司) means the China Light & Power Company, Limited;
"Secretary" (地政司) means the Secretary for Planning, Environment and

Subject to section 7(3) of the Ordinance, the approved scheme shall have 
effect as rectified by-

        (a)	the agreement made between the power company and the Secretary 
and deposited in the Land Registry on 21 October 1981;  (L.N. 8 of 1982)

        (b)	the agreement made between the power company and the Secretary 
and deposited in the Land Registry on 1 June 1984;  (L.N. 188 of 1984)

        (c)	the agreement made between the power company and the Secretary 
and deposited in the Land Registry on 2 September 1988;  (L.N. 264 of 1988)
