Prescription of class of business VerDate:30/06/1997



The business of taking deposits carried on by a company which is a 
deposit-taking company or restricted licence bank within the meaning of 
section 2 of the Banking Ordinance (Cap 155) is hereby prescribed as a 
class of business for the purposes of paragraph 16(2) in Part I of the 
Tenth Schedule to the Companies Ordinance (Cap 32).
