The lands specified in column 2 of the Schedule are exempt from the 
operation of the Hong Kong Airport (Control of Obstructions) (No. 2) Order 
1997 (Cap 301 sub. leg. D) subject to the condition that the height of any 
part of any building to be erected thereon shall not exceed the height 
above the principal datum specified in relation thereto in column 3.
