These regulations may be cited as the Firearms and Ammunition (Declaration 
of Arms) Regulations.

Every thing of a description specified in the Schedule, not being a weapon 
to which the Weapons Ordinance (Cap 217) applies, is declared to be within 
the definition of "arms" for the purpose of the Ordinance.
