(Enacted 1988) MATRIMONIAL CAUSES (FEES) RULES - RULE 2 Fees payable VerDate:01/07/1997 Amendments retroactively made - see 25 of 1998 s. 2 The fees specified in the Schedule shall be payable in all proceedings taken under the Ordinance: Provided that where no provision is made by these rules for any matter for which provision is made by the High Court Fees Rules (Cap 4 sub. leg.), the fees prescribed by the latter rules shall apply in relation to such matter in proceedings under the Ordinance.
