171 sub. leg. A).

Item	Classes of apparatus
	
1.	Any apparatus that produces or transmits electricity and that-
	(a) operates in water either alone or in conjunction with a net; and
	(b) is capable of capturing or stunning fish.
2.	Any suction device that-
	(a) operates on the seabed; and
	(b) is capable of capturing fish.
3.	Any dredging device that-
	(a) operates with a net or receptacle;
	(b) is towed on the seabed; and
	(c) is capable of capturing fish.
