The following entities are specified to be public sector entities in Hong 
Kong for the purposes of the Fourth Schedule to the Ordinance—

        (a)	the MTR Corporation Limited;

        (b)	the Kowloon-Canton Railway Corporation;

        (c)	the Hong Kong Housing Authority;

        (d)	the Hospital Authority;

        (e)	the Airport Authority;

        (f)	The Hong Kong Mortgage Corporation Limited;

        (g)	the Urban Renewal Authority;

        (h)	香港五隧一橋有限公司 Hong Kong Link 2004 Limited;

        (i)	the Hong Kong Trade Development Council; and

        (j)	the Ocean Park Corporation.
