Kwun Tong Road and Wang Chiu Road, being the Ground and the First Floors 
of the building known as the New Horizons School Building shown coloured 
green and all the land and buildings shown coloured pink on a plan 
numbered KM 4264 signed by the Secretary for Security and dated 14 April 
1992, copies of which are deposited in the offices of the Security Branch 
of the Government Secretariat, Central Government Offices, Hong Kong and 
at the New Horizons Vietnamese Refugee Departure Centre.  (L.N. 105 of
