JUDGMENTS (FACILITIES FOR ENFORCEMENT) (NORTHERN TERRITORY OF AUSTRALIA) ORDER - PARAGRAPH 2
Extension of Ordinance to Northern Territory of Australia
The Ordinance shall extend to judgments obtained in superior courts in
Northern Territory of Australia in the like manner as it extends to judgments
obtained in a superior court in the United Kingdom.
