JUDGMENTS (FACILITIES FOR ENFORCEMENT) (NEW ZEALAND) ORDER - PARAGRAPH 2
Extension of Ordinance to New Zealand
The Ordinance shall extend to judgments obtained in superior courts in New
Zealand, in the like manner as it extends to judgments obtained in a superior
court in the United Kingdom.
