This Order may be cited as the Judgments (Facilities for Enforcement) (New 
Zealand) Order.

Extension of Ordinance to New Zealand VerDate:30/06/1997



The Ordinance shall extend to judgments obtained in superior courts in New 
Zealand, in the like manner as it extends to judgments obtained in a 
superior court in the United Kingdom.
