JUDGMENTS (FACILITIES FOR ENFORCEMENT) (AUSTRALIAN CAPITAL TERRITORY) ORDER - PARAGRAPH 2
Extension of Ordinance to Australian Capital Territory
The Ordinance shall extend to judgments obtained in superior courts in
Australian Capital Territory in the like manner as it extends to judgments
obtained in a superior court in the United Kingdom.
