JUDGMENTS (FACILITIES FOR ENFORCEMENT) RULES - RULE 5

Drawing and service of order

Any order giving leave to register shall be drawn up by or on behalf of the
judgment creditor. Where the order is made on a summons the order shall be
served on the judgment debtor, but where the order is made on an ex parte
application no service of the order on the judgment debtor shall be required.
