JUDGMENTS (FACILITIES FOR ENFORCEMENT) RULES - RULE 4
Service of summons
The summons (if any) for leave to register shall be an originating summons and
(unless otherwise ordered by the court) shall be served in the same manner as
a writ of summons is required to be served. The judgment debtor shall not be
required to enter any appearance thereto.
