PENSION BENEFITS (PRESCRIBED AGES) (SENIOR RANKS) (GOVERNMENT FLYING SERVICE) NOTICE - SECT 1
Prescribed ages
In relation to a senior rank (being a senior rank specified in the Schedule to
the Ordinance) mentioned in column 1 of the Schedule, the age specified in
column 2 thereof opposite such mention of the senior rank, is hereby
prescribed for the purposes of section 10(3)(b) of the Ordinance. (Enacted
1995)
