POST OFFICE REGULATIONS - REGULATION 21
The fee for insurance shall be $2.50 for each $500 or part thereof. The right
to insure, the limits up to which insurance may be effected, and the right to
compensation in case of loss or damage, shall be subject in all
respects to the provision of the Postal Guide. In this regulation, "Postal
Guide" (郵政指南) means the Postal Guide issued by the Postmaster General,
current at the time of insuring or claiming as the case may be, and includes
any amendments of the same whereof notice may from time to time be exhibited
