POST OFFICE REGULATIONS - REGULATION 14

The fee for each of the following certificates of posting issued at the time
of posting shall be $1.20 for each packet or parcel posted in respect of the
relevant certificate of posting, and shall be payable in advance by means of
postage stamps to the value of $1.20 affixed to that certificate, namely-

   (a)  a certificate of posting of an unregistered postal packet;

   (b)  a duplicate certificate of posting of a registered postal packet, a
        parcel or a recorded delivery postal packet. (L.N. 27 of 1997)
