POST OFFICE REGULATIONS - REGULATION 10

Notwithstanding any alternative method of treatment and disposal of prohibited
articles authorized by the Ordinance, it shall be lawful for the Postmaster
General, or any officer of the Post Office authorized by him in that behalf,
forthwith to destroy any postal packet and the contents thereof which may have
been opened under the authority of section 10 or 12 of the Ordinance and the
contents of which may be any obscene, immoral, indecent, offensive or
libellous writing, picture or other thing.
