DUPLICATE PERMITS AND LICENCES (NEW TERRITORIES) RULES - RULE 2 Power to issue duplicates VerDate:30/06/1997 When any permit or licence whatsoever issued by any District Officer or the Director of Lands in the performance of his duty or office has been lost and it is desired to replace it by the issue of a duplicate, it shall be lawful for the Director of Lands in the performance of his duty or office, upon a satisfactory explanation as to the loss and upon payment of a fee of $5, in each case, to issue a duplicate of the permit or licence so lost to any person deemed by him to be entitled thereto.
