FIRE SERVICES (FIRE HAZARD ABATEMENT) REGULATION - SECT 37
Registration of notices and orders
A notice or copy of an order sent to the Land Registry by the Director under
this Part shall be taken to be an instrument affecting land, but a failure to
register such a notice or copy of an order shall not, except as is provided in
section 33, affect its validity as against any person.
