FIRE SERVICES (FIRE HAZARD ABATEMENT) REGULATION - SECT 29

Registration of closure order

(1) The magistrate making a closure order under section 27 in respect of any
premises shall, as soon as reasonably practicable, cause a copy of the order
signed by the magistrate to be sent to the Director.

(2) On receipt of the copy of the order under subsection (1), the Director
shall, as soon as reasonably practicable, cause it to be registered in the
Land Registry.
