FIRE SERVICE (INSTALLATIONS AND EQUIPMENT) REGULATIONS - REGULATION 12
Penalty
(Past version on 30/06/1997).
Any person who contravenes any of the provisions of regulation 5, 6, 7 or 8
shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine at
level 5. (L.N. 191 of 1981; 7 of 2003 s. 20)
