FIRE SERVICE (INSTALLATION CONTRACTORS) REGULATIONS - REGULATION 6

Appeal against decision of Director

(1) Any person aggrieved by any determination or decision of the Director
under regulation 3(4) or 5(3) may, within 14 days after the date when such
determination or decision has come to that person's notice, appeal by way of
petition to the Chief Executive who may confirm, vary or reverse the
determination or decision. (L.N. 268 of 1978)

(2) The decision of the Chief Executive on the appeal shall be final.
