FIRE SERVICE (INSTALLATION CONTRACTORS) REGULATIONS - REGULATION 4B

Applicant passing examination but failing interview

(1) Subject to paragraph (2), an applicant for registration in class 3 who
under regulation 4(4) satisfies the Director at a written examination but who
fails to satisfy the Director at an interview under that regulation shall, on
notification by the Director, be entitled, on payment of the appropriate fee
in accordance with the Second Schedule, to attend a second interview on a day
fixed by the Director without first having to satisfy the Director at a
written examination.

(2) Regulation 3 shall apply to an applicant who fails to satisfy the Director
at the second interview in accordance with paragraph (1). (L.N. 263 of 1986)
