LEGAL AID REGULATIONS - REGULATION 2
Interpretation
In these regulations, unless the context otherwise requires-
"certificate" (證書) means a certificate or emergency certificate issued in
accordance with these regulations, entitling a person to legal aid under the
Ordinance. (L.N. 194 of 1992)
