Fees and costs in non-contentious proceedings

For the purpose of any agreement for the payment of fees and costs in
non-contentious matters an officer holding office under section 3 of the
Ordinance is deemed to have the status of a barrister and solicitor duly
admitted under the Legal Practitioners Ordinance ( Cap 159). (L.N. 172 of
