PART II

OFFICERS OTHER THAN TRANSFERRED OFFICERS

(36 of 1987 s. 49)

Save when the Chief Executive in any special case otherwise directs, this Part
shall not apply in the case of any officer transferred to or from the service
under the Government from or to other public service except for the purpose of
determining whether such officer would have been eligible for pension or
gratuity and the amount of pension or gratuity, for which the officer would
have been eligible, if the service of the officer had been wholly under the
