Duty of pilot to report hazards to shipping

Adaptation amendments retroactively made - see 64 of 1999 s. 3 If a licensed
pilot knows of-

   (a)  any defect in a navigational aid in the waters of Hong Kong;

(64 of 1999 s. 3)

   (b)  any other hazard to shipping therein; or

   (c)  any alteration of the position of a harbour buoy, he shall report the
        same to the Authority forthwith, by radiotelephone if practicable.
