PORT CONTROL (CARGO WORKING AREAS) REGULATIONS - REGULATION 9

Inspection, etc. of cargo

(1) No person shall, unless he is authorized in writing by the Director,
engage in the inspection, weighing or measurement of cargo or cargo containers
in a public cargo working area or public water-front.

(2) Any person who contravenes paragraph (1) shall be guilty of an offence and
shall be liable on conviction to a fine of $5000.
