PORT CONTROL (CARGO WORKING AREAS) REGULATIONS - REGULATION 20
Obstruction
Any person who obstructs the Director or a supervisor in the exercise of any
power or the performance of any duty under these regulations shall be guilty
of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine of $5000 and to
imprisonment for 6 months.
