PORT CONTROL (CARGO WORKING AREAS) REGULATIONS - REGULATION 12

Prohibition of rickshaws, handcarts, etc.

(1) No rickshaw, trolley, handcart or other similar form of conveyance shall
be brought into, or used for the conveyance of cargo or cargo containers in, a
public cargo working area or public water-front.

(2) Any person who contravenes paragraph (1) shall be guilty of an offence and
shall be liable on conviction to a fine of $5000 and to imprisonment for 6
months.
