BANKRUPTCY (FEES AND PERCENTAGES) ORDER - PARAGRAPH 2

Interpretation

In this order, unless the context otherwise requires, a section referred to by
number means the section so numbered in the Bankruptcy Ordinance ( Cap 6) and
a rule referred to by number means the rule so numbered in the
Bankruptcy Rules ( Cap 6 sub. leg. A). (Enacted 1985) In this order, unless
the context otherwise requires, a section referred to by number means the
