BANKRUPTCY RULES - RULE 84
Application to proceed
(Past version on 01/04/1998).
(Past version on 30/06/1997).
The court may on the application of the Official Receiver, trustee or bankrupt
appoint a day for proceeding with a public examination which has been
adjourned sine die. (L.N. 77 of 1998; L.N. 123 of 2007) [cf. R. 196]
