BANKRUPTCY RULES - RULE 79A

Official Receiver's costs where proceeds of estate insufficient

When the proceeds of the estate are not sufficient for the payment of any
costs necessarily incurred by the Official Receiver in excess of the deposit
made under rule 52 after the making of the bankruptcy order the court may
order such costs to be paid by the party prosecuting the proceedings. (L.N. 39
