BANKRUPTCY RULES - RULE 60
Death of debtor before service of petition
If a debtor against whom a bankruptcy petition has been filed dies before
service thereof, the court may order service to be effected on the personal
representatives of the debtor or on the Official Administrator or on such
other persons as the court may think fit. [cf. R. 159]
