BANKRUPTCY RULES - RULE 47
Duration of notice
Caution: This is a past version. See the current version here.
Subject to the power of the court to extend the time, a bankruptcy notice to
be served in Hong Kong shall be served within one month from the issue
thereon. (L.N. 231 of 1984) [cf. R. 142]
